Wow! Hands up, who else thinks that this year is going really quick? I have managed to get a few bits done around the house but I have mostly been out in the garden.
You really can’t go wrong with a hamburger. There are a variety of different buns that you can use and then what do you have with it. Of course, there is the classic lettuce and tomato. But do you put mayo or ketchup? Maybe you’re a relish person!
Personally I love to make my own burger with homemade buns and home grown and lettuce and tomato. With a topping of mayo.
The May bank holiday here in the UK had some beautiful weather so we took advantage and had a BBQ with our own homemade burgers!
Imagine it your in a rush pick up two shoes from the pile near the front door only to realise that they don’t match. But what if you did this on purpose and with intention to not conform to the norm!
Some days you just don’t need to choose between the different shoes you have were one of each and embrace the look. And if you happen to have some odd tights wear them as well to embrace the odd life.
There is a museum in York that is dedicated to trains! It’s called the National Railway Museum or NRM for short. This is one of my fave places to go and take photos. It’s free entry and you can stay for ages. Back in 2012 they had an event called Railfest. I got some of my favorite photos that day of my three fave engines.
It was a great day! The weather was perfect and everything looked amazing! It is going to be one of the first places that I go out of the current situation. I love spending the day there.
I love bees! They do so much for us and the world around us. One of the first things I did when we moved into our house is make a bee freindly section of the garden that has now expands and covers about a third of the garden now!
I would love to have a bee hive and be able to harvest my own honey but I think that may taken even more time then I have. So instead I have been supporting the local peeps that have there own hives. And I will continue to wish.
Omg, I could talk your ear off about notebooks. I have a healthy stash that I am VERY slowly working my way through. I mean it takes me anywhere from 4 to 6 months to fill one.
I do have to admit that I am a bit of a paper snob and I am really particular about which notebooks I will use and what they are like. I am currently using a Stalogy B6 notebook and I love it and I have two more sat on my shelf waiting to be used.
It has been a somewhat quite month for me and not as many celebrations but I have a whole list picked out for the month of June and I can’t wait to get stuck into some of them!
